What data we store
We store your account (name and email), your training profile (goal, experience, equipment and preferences), the sessions you log with sets, reps and weights, your programs, and the conversations you have with the AI coach.
How the data is used
Training data is used to show statistics, calculate progress and generate personal analyses and programs. When you ask the AI coach something, a summary of your own data is sent to the analysis model. We do not sell training data.
Who sees what
Only you see your training history, programs and analyses. The app owner sees aggregated usage statistics and can manage subscriptions, but not the content of your sessions.
Storage and deletion
Data is stored for as long as your account is active. You can ask to have your account and training history deleted at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. Contact hei@forma.app to exercise your rights.
