About the service
FORMA is a tool for logging strength training and getting AI-based analysis of your own progress. The service is not medical advice, physiotherapy or personal training.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account. One account is personal and should not be shared.
Training responsibility
You are responsible for the training you perform. If you experience pain, injury or illness, stop and seek professional help. AI recommendations are suggestions, not instructions.
Subscription
FORMA costs $29 per month. The first 7 days are free, and there is no free plan after the trial. The subscription is managed from your profile and can be cancelled at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be announced in the app.
